We are honored to receive items that carry the spirit and legacy of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Our goal is to thoughtfully rehome these pieces within the sisterhood, keeping our history alive in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Donation Process

  • Please complete the Donation Inquiry Form with details and a photo of the items you wish to send. Once reviewed, we’ll email you with shipping instructions and a special thank-you discount to use.

  • All items must be shipped.

  • All items must be mailed to provide address within 5-7 business days of approval after completing the form

Donation Guidelines

  • Ensure all donations meet the criteria

  • Please package donations securely to prevent damage during transit

Eligibility for donations

  • We accept gently used or new sorority and affiliate paraphernalia and clothing items with appropriate trademarking.

  • Items should be clean, undamaged, and free of stains, tears, or excessive wear.

What happens to your donations?

Accepted items will be made available for purchase within our online thrift store. Proceeds will support operational costs, initiatives and scholarships that benefit our sorority community.

Items we accept

  • Sorority-brand and affiliate apparel with appropriate trademarks

  • Accessories featuring sorority brandings such as pins, scarves, bags, hats, etc.

  • Items should be clean, undamaged, and free of stains, tears, or excessive wear.

Items we cannot accept

Non-sorority/affiliated-related items or general clothing.

  • Items with irreparable damage, odors, or stains.

  • Personalized paraphernalia but no specific names or other identifiers

  • Sorority-only items (History books, hymns, etc.)
